This course is ideal for individuals that would like to embark upon managerial opportunities or strengthen their management skills. This six-month LOSD Managerial Skills course aims to facilitate candidates to gain comprehensive management skills. It is aimed at all individuals in positions of leadership including new and existing managers, first time leaders or supervisors, individuals that are undergoing a transition to managerial positions and those that would like to expand career opportunities.  The LOSD Managerial Skills course teaches candidates to understand potential challenges, finding a management style that suit them, overcoming difficult situations and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
